I try to use a simons card to verify a pp account and it is not allowed Any suggestion ???? Waiting urgently. I need to apy someone with pp. Thanks

Go buy a VCC for 7 bucks in the BST. (2 bucks gets deposited back into your pp, so it's really only 5 bucks you're spending).
 
How can I fund the VCC. I use it to pay for everything. I need US$200 in the account.
 
You didn't mention that part. I thought you just need to confirm your account. Sorry.

Any one selling vcc that could reload easily also supports paypal for for avs.
