Pay via 2CO sales funds?

Are we able to pay via 2co sales? Or must we withdraw the funds before we can use them?

Pay via 2co sales as in> customer purchase an item from me> I have the sales funds from the sale in my account> can I send it to someone else via 2CO?

You have to withdraw them, eg. to payoneer account where from you can withdraw them via ATM, but there isnt direct pay or transfer option from 2co or payoneer so far I know.
