Are there any programs that pay you for every new affiliate you get to sign up for the program?

not when the affiliates make sales, just when you refer him/her.

What kinda program are you looking for though?

If you looking at dating I would suggest datinggold. They pay $3 per email signup.
Or you can just do a google for PPE (pay per email) or pay per zip signup affiliates.

What I need is a program that pays you for signing up other affiliates, not referring people to the site or product but referring other affiliates to the affiliate program.

i think affiliatebot pays 1$ per affilaite signup...not really sure..havent checked in a while.

moreniche.com looks promising, do they pay you when you refer an affiliate or only after the affiliate makes a sale.
