Was just suggesting networks that give you a url you can drive traffic to and get paid..
Also I notice big celebrity pages on Facebook like Lil Wayne sharing all those viral news sites like "Watch what this girl did when her boyfriend cheated on her".. couldn't figure out how to get into these types of networks

Yeah well depending on your traffic quality, you could probably hit $0.01 per visit with Propeller Ads or redirect.. well I've had days where my CPM was pretty high on POPADS and I had 0.01 per visit but it requires they click on my page and get popunder.. I had low traffic that day

Traffic is not an issue. I tried cpa lot of impressions and clicks but no conversions so looking for alternative for that traffic
