Pay Per View (PPV) and Question about MediaTraffic

I'm planning to start promoting CB products with PPV ads but i have some question :

1 - I found that most popular PPV networks are LeadImpact / DirectCPV / TrafficVance / and MediaTraffic, for the 1st three networks Minimum deposit is $1k so there is no need even to think about but MediaTraffic is 200$ so i can start with that but i see that registration is very complicated, and my country is not showen in the list for registration.
2 - There is any other PPV Network Tested & Approved by members ?!!

If you don't have $1,000 to spend on PPV then dont bother.

50onRed.com and zeropark.com both have PPV.

I think you need to spend between $50-500 to get an account there.

MediaTraffic sucks. 50onRed.com is too expensive for noobs, Bids are really high. But you can try if you have extra money to test things. If you are serious go with TV or leadimpact..
