Pay Per View - Networks

Im trying to start some pages with various niches to see on witch one i familiarize better.
I found that it's very hard to make the users install apps/ click on ads (but not impossible, of course). Im trying PPV now, to see if it escalate better, but since almost every network i found need some initial trafic to start advertising on my blog (10k + - ) i cant put ads.

I got 0 (zero) traffic and i want to start on adult niche to. Can someone suggest me a network ?

Today ad network really offers many more options for 10K daily visits, but I can advise you to consider get traffic by choosing a network with many factors also facebook ads are really great.

What ad network do you offer to start with?

Its depends on a few parameters, such as the amount of traffic, type of traffic and GEOs also how much do you like to invest.
