Hello, search thru google with the ppv affiliate and came out alot of results to choose which to promote on.

may I know where to get the list of companies which paying via viewing the publishers videos?

Try unruly media they pay for views of their videos that contain advertising.

can somebody explain PPV, I'm still not sure what this is even though I've been working with PPC for some time

i used to do it with thenewsroom but they drop their rate to very low so no point for me to do it anymore, maybe someone have some new one to work with??
