Anyone knows here a good network that pays per email/signup?

The ones i've used are pretty bad,Denying payments and stuff.

So anyone here can recommend me on a reliable place to promote?

What networks denied you payment? Usually that happens when the qualify of your traffic is substandard. If it doesn't convert into sales on their end, they don't want to keep you around.

Honestly I do not know any network that does that. However, I remember some time back I used to have a client who would pay me to do signups on different accounts. He was not working with any company. I am though sure that on this forum especially the market place, you will get several ideas and opportunities around this issue. Please share with us when you come across.

well, some cpa offers pay you for email leads. you just have to find a good offer that is converting well
