Paxful have referral system, but the referral need to spend money to you get yours

Since this mode of affiliation could be abused with ease, almost all platforms has adopted changes. The referred member should make a purchase from that website for the referral system to be valid.

Yes , because i can't find any program referral who can pay you for a simple sign up .

Isn't what you are talking about CPL? It's quite common in the adult niche from what I've seen. Lots of networks have those offers but some might refuse to accept you for that particular offer as the risk for fraud is quite high.
