Pay Per Play Audio Ads

I thought a good initial strategy for a noob like me would be autoblogs with adsense and PPP audio ads layered into the code. I have researched PPP sites and its hard to see which ones are legit. Some want you to buy keywords. Some other forums said PPP is dead and never got off the ground.

Anyone recommend any that are free to add to a site? I don't really care if the audio ad is even targeted to the content or if the same ad plays on every blog.
