Pay Per Play Advertising

Hey all you fellow blackhatters any feed back on this advertising platform.
I saw this listed on several blogs and ezine articles. PayPerPlay is the next "BIG" thing.

They were all shouting that this new advertising method would be bigger than AdSense and also now one of the major search engines is on board.
Supposed to launch officially for pay for affiliate members who choose to participate and put the code on their sites in Feburary 2008.

This seems like it has potential for a site like mine with a fair amount of traffic but I felt it could also be a big load of crap.

Any thoughts.

Honestly I think this is all hype. I have seen many programs claiming to be the next big thing but have gone down the drain. They have little chance if any. With a 5 second audio ad will the advertisers have any conversions? And if there are no advertisers, what will the publishers earn?
