What's the best PayPerLead affiliate, that doesn't require a phone interview?

Pay per lead are offers in which you will make a conversion whenever a person fills in the required details.
Many networks offer attractive PPL offers, you can go for cpapath, ewa, or many others. We have recently tested revforce and they seem to be very nice guys.

Peerfly does not require a phone interview and its also considered the best CPA network.

crakrevenue doesn't require a phone interview... Why dont you want to do a phone interview anyway? Im sure you'd do fine with it. and anyway ive never had to do a phone interview for any site ive used.. interesting
