Pay Per Lead Question

Hi BHW. Anyone knows how to setup/apply for PPL from companies?

Let's say, you put up a website for available jobs. And people applying for it will be routed to a specific company. Then the company pays you for that lead. How is this setup?

Do you contact the company right away? Or is there a platform where you could setup this process?
