Hello. I noticed haRRo's old forum on PPI is dead. I'm trying to setup a new similar site, just with private affiliates.

Better companies, payout is better etc. Also the forum is dedicated to SEO, blackhat. And other blackhat moneymaking ways. But its going to be mainly pay per install related. I'm hoping its ok i let the word out on the new site, since haRRo's is dead.

If anyone wants to give it a look, take it privatly.

To moderator/admin: I'm interested in taking haRRo's old spot down on the right side of the menu bar. If you want to discuss price or such PM me.

Well, they advertised for it for years. Harro's forum, it has been here for as long as i can remember. But its dead now.

you can find the link down on the menubar at your right

I know it was up for years, but I think I remember reading in the rules that PPI is no longer allowed on here. I could be wrong.....

There used to be a rule where PPI was not to be discussed, I noticed
it had disappeared a while a go as I like to keep abreast of the rules.

I believe one of the reasons PPI was not to be discussed was because of the
increasing use of botnets and silent installs.
I know many of the PPI networks I have worked with would rather remain
anonymous as well.

There used to be rules in place regarding promoting other forums
which was a big NO NO and resulted in an instant ban.
I can't seem to be able to put my finger on it at the moment
but I do suggest to you and every other member that they read
the rules thoroughly.
