Pay per Install Question - Can we Use this method to reupload videos!??

As youtube say the videos with creative commons license are eligible for reupload and use it in any manner. So I'm wondering whether We can use this for reupload these videos to do ppi campaigns?
Will the videos get deleted? I'm not allowed to post links.
I'm totally a newbie in IM Had made around 60 bucks from fiverr yet it was pretty boring indeed.
I started doing ppi on the 20th last month and has earned 0.72$ Currently doing some researches and came up with this Will open a IM journey thread as soon as possible to motivate me as well as the others. I hope someone could answer my question!

You can reupload them however that doesn't mean they won't get deleted because people can still flag them.

Thanks alot. Means that anyone could flag them and the video is gone without any consideration?? What are rules that have to be complied with not to get my video deleted from these flags?
