I just only know few that pays like $1 per free sign up... but never been signed up for their affiliate

Any affiliate network has many of pay per sign up offers, first sign up with big network, maxbounty, cpaway etc and check them offers, or go with dating they pay always good, hookup was around here, they had high payout for bhw members

I'm using "Just Hook Up" with 603 clicks only 9 signup. Maybe its not converting well. I also looking good converting one.

You guys have to know that there is a ratio paysignup/freesignup to respect on every site in order to claim the money you earn by free sign ups.

Yeah, if you keep on sending non-converting traffic you won't get paid. Likewise with CPA offers, even if you send true traffic, if it doesn't convert then you won't get paid. So there is a risk of loss if you are not an expert in this area. Therefore I recommend doing pay-per-sale programs, then you won't have to worry anymore.
