Wow, that theinstalls exe they distribute is EVIL lol. I clicked on it yesterday, just FFS, and I'm still cleaning up the mess. Spyware and Trojans out the yinyang. Had to reinstall NOD32 and SpyBot just to clean things up.
It reminds me of the time I punched myself in the nuts in middle school, just to see what it feels like.

Yeah, it went through my Look'N'Stop firewall like a hot knife through butter. Scratch that, a hot chainsaw through butter. I had 74 instances of spyware and trojans on my PC (so far). Back in the day, when these little (hidden) spyware programs first started appearing, one went through my Zone Alarm firewall in the same manner -- which is why I switched over to LnS in the first place. It appears the tables have turned these days though. So its back to ZA and NOD32 for me, as well as Spybot's TeaTimer, at least until I feel safe again. I'm going to run the Kaspersky Free Online scanner tonight too.
My statement in the "Best Antivirus" thread about only needing an on-demand virus scanner like ClamWin.. that theory just got blown out of the f*cking water...

Yeah I should run kaspersky tonight too. I know I haven't found everything yet. The worst part is I wasn't even credited $.15 for unleashing the beast on myself!

I like making money as much as the next person, but yeah I don't know about putting people through this either -- not for 10 or 15 cents.. This is low even by blackhat standards. This is the Tyrone Biggums of the blackhat world... It uses IE exploits to install programs that download other programs that download other sh*t. And if you try to remove it (with your Antivirus program), it pretends to be removed and then comes back and starts the whole process over again. What ever happened to just secretly installing bonzi buddy?

well i have a question about luxecash exe program..i installed it in one guy's pc and his bitdefender 2008 detected it as a spyware/trojan which shocked me and then i installed luxecash program on my pc and my firewall showed me this activity of luxecash exe..

Guys, I'm sure that all these affiliate programs is detected by AV as adware/trojans - nothing new - that's why some people don't want work with them.
I can make small review of pay-per-install programs here, maybe it will be interesting for someone.
1. ZangoCash ($0.40 per US install and more)
(+) Paying very well, a lot of free content
(-) Not giving clean exe, only with warning, you can't place bundle to software directories
2. VombaCash ($0.45 per US install)
(+) Also paying well and stats is OK, small shave, good amount of content
(-) Not giving exe at all
3. Waverevenue($0.40 per US install)
(+) They giving clean exe
(-) Unreal shave!!! It was always with project maded by these guys, if you remember TeddyCash and MatCash - it's same sh*t
4. IframeCash and tons of similiar(all programs where you can find IFRAME word) around $0.10 per US install )
(+) No
(-) It's fully illegal programs!!! They using exploits to install exe files - not recommend at all because it's against law, crazy shave
5. Theinstalls($0.15 per US install, if you can make more then 10K installs per day - contact for special rates, they made me $0.18 per install) )
(+) They giving exe, weekly payments, also have reseller program
(-) Shave around 10% - but it's not critical
6. AdwareDollars
(+) Giving clean exe, no shave at all. You get paid for sales, not for installs, but I getting average $0.22-$0.28 per US install from them
(-) It's very new program, sometimes it have some bugs in interface - but I think it just because it very new and seems like still in pre-release
Two latest programs offer you reselling ability, it's means that they give you scripts, consulting and special rates and you'll be able to start own business, your own domain, affiliates base etc. e.g. white label solutions.
Everything depends on how you gaining installs.
If you have just high-traffic web-site - better choose is sure Zango, if bundling(like described in "How to make $100 per day" article) - now one and only programs which giving clean exe without warning and paying good is Theinstalls and AdwareDollars.
I'm working for years in Pay-Per-Install business, a lot of companies starts and close after few months. Now hard times for this industry, but I think we all still have ability to earn $xx,xxx amount with them)
