pay per download sites?!

Hey guys, I have a new plan on how to make money via blogger(PPD) and if i will succeed i'll post my journey on the forum . So, i tried to register on FileIce but my request was denied, the same thing happened on CleanFiles.Then i found ShareCash and i've already made 3,15$ in less than 2 hours but this site asks people to complete surveys in order to download the file.
I've made 65 clicks in 2 hours but only 5 downloads. People refuse to download because they have to pay the survey by sms.

Please tell me if you know another sites or the reason i can't be accepted on FileIce/CleanFiles.

FileIce, Cleanfiles and Sharecash are PPD sites. They are all the same, if someone wants to download your file they need to complete an offer or survey before they can get your file. Try PPI networks.
