Pay Per Call Monetization with an Instagram Account

Browsing OfferVault I found tons of opportunities to set up a campaign for a pay per call affiliate

Do these networks / private networks accept Instagram pages?

For example, I build an Instagram Account around child tutoring and children's education and link to a landing page in my Instagram profile where that user can click a link and call a number for Sylvan Education. Each call is $7 pay out but I havent found any website that says they would accept such a campaign.

Has anyone used pay per call for Instagram? If so can you share you experiences / tips?

You gotta ask the network or your AM.

A lot of them don't accept social traffic but some do.

Most networks dont allow it. Have you experimented with people actually going to the profile, and clicking the link to call? i believe the friction would be too high? would love your insights?

If you're going to set up multiple accounts, don't use the same domain on more than 2 accounts. When you use your affiliate link you would need to set up on multiple domains. You can earn through your instagram for running multiple accounts.
