Are you promoting your own product/service? or are you trying to promote someone else's???

are you confusing Pay Per Call with those 900 numbers which worked sooo well so many years ago??

CJ (commission Junction) has a PPC program but be very careful, they are also checking all those number and will ban you for any advertising you may doing.
An example: they'll catch CL ads in a minute and boom...you're done!

unfortunately, this is not how "Pay Per Call" works...

At this time, networks pay based on time for specific campaigns.. but it is not per minute.. it is per call that last a certain time.

If you are looking to get paid per minute, you can still grab yourself a 900 number and promote that...
