Pay Per Call Business

Hello dudes, i was searching the forum and i did not find what i was looking for, dont know if possible tho, but i will ask if anybody can give me some tips so i can search or something.

Basically i want to setup a line, when you call that number you will be charged for a set amount, hear a message and the call will hang up.

Basically i work with punters, and they want to make some revenue from there low bet's, so what they want is basically they record a message with the bet (usually soccer) and after the costumer hear the message it automatically ends.

So just to review:
1- You call the line
2- You hear the today bet "Real Madrid wins over Barcelona"
3- Call ends automatically and you are charged like 1dollar or something

Do anybody know how to setup such thing? Every option that i see is high priced, like setup a 800 or 900s number, i dont mine get only a percentage of the revenue from the calls, as long as i can setup the line free of charge.

thank you, i dont have any specific country in mind

I guess you have to set up a line in every country, I can find many suppliers for these kind of money lines in my country and some others, so I bet it's a bit the same everywhere.

Guys! I am taking a look at voxup its exactly what i need! But the only way to receive the payments is with paycheck to adress, i dont live in france so i cannot get it, anything similar that accepts payments by paypal or any other online payment method?? thanks again

Do anybody has experience with "callme-click-to-call"
Still cannot find exactly what i need, they have the free setup, and offer good rates, but i cannot find any info and my request is pending still
