Hey, I’m new to Pay Per Call (PPC) Do Pay Per Call networks shave like CPA and would they get mad and ban me if I don’t bring buyers and only bring people for the duration of the call?

I think you refer to pay per click. You make the arrangement to get paid for every click. No one will get mad if they don't convert into customers. They will most likely ban you, in case your visitors are either bots or very unrelevant for the click

Never heard of this.. If it's about a phone call than it sounds like PPL to me

Do they shave my money when I make money when the lead is on the duration of the call?

I have no idea, i have never tried pay per call before
Pay per call allows the customer to connect directly (incoming phone call equates to higher lead quality) with the merchant via phone call. So to answer your question, shaving is less likely. It's up to the merchant to convert the customer to a sale with a certain duration <or>= 90 sec .
