Since Google, MSFT and Apple actually hold a monopoly on their stores, I don't think there's a network for this.

You won't find such a thing for 2 reasons :
- Payment processing would ruin the company (payment fees over a $0.30 would take all of the cake.)
- They wouldn't be able to control the quality of your leads.
Lol, how can u say you wont find one, when ogmobi offers this service, i jsut dont like them, wondering if any others out there like it

OGmobi is exactly like the others, they pay NET30 or NET15

For OP - applift, mobpartner, yeahmobi, kissmyads are the good ones for non incentivized installs. For incentive offers you can also try adscendmedia, cpagrip for some cases.
