Okay, let me try my hand on the "asking" side now.

I would appreciate it somebody would give me a list of high PR edu/gov blogs which I can comment on to get backlinks. I don't care about how high the quality of the comment should be for it to pass through.

OR AT LEAST, a footprint you can find to find these said blogs.

I need to get a CPA site built for video streams. It has to look clean and be conversion friendly. Not too many extra features. I have a good domain for it. As for the asking side: I've been a little stuck up on niche research for a new website. If someone could prod me in the right direction that'd be great. I'm not looking for an EMD keyword, but for something I can build on gradually.
