Pay for hotels with crypto using Binance

More adoption for bitcoin.
I’ve applied for the Binance card, as I was convinced I could link it to my bank account, pay things in EUR and get my cashback in coins.
I understand instead you can use it for paying products and services with crypto.
I don’t see the advantage.
Same as I wouldn’t buy a devaluing asset like a car with an asset like crypto that will increase value with time, I would not pay a hotel, which clearly has a value that evaporates the morning after, no matter how the one night stand was enjoyable

Nice way to earn some extra bucks for holders.
Not if I have to pay stuff in crypto, IMHO.
Main reason I did that is to accumulate crypto while spending EUR, but it's not apparently an option.
