Pay/Digital download for one page HTML site?

Title says it all, I need something for a one page HTML site to take a payment, and securely allow a download. In WP no problem, same in most other cases, but too lazy to code the page into WP unless I have to. Will be using 2checkout over paypal.

Thanks for any ideas

I can do that as well, was just wondering if there was another way is all. I just didnt want to maintain the wp site and the HTML one too. Thanks for the offer though!

PHP a simple payment gateway set up with success page encrypted after payment that i can do as well
