All I can say - it works. They send you a Mastercard, day limit is $2500, month limit is $10000 atm, tad small for me but still it's ok. Their fee for transactions is quite low, way better than Payoneer for example.
Paxum is founded by a company which owns penis enlargement pills affilate program, so I wouldn't trust them too much, but as long as you cash in your money immediatelly, it should be ok.
The paxum is supported atm by most adult affiliate networks.

seems responsive been usin them for couple of months
but i tried to withdraw 500$ and they actually debited 520$ on my account and told me its the USD-CAD exchange rate im sure that it was not THAT high.

Are you in canada or usa? I am confused by this
Isn't the default currency is supposed to be USA dollar, so if you withdrawl 500us, you should only be debited 500us from the account right? And if you are in Canada, why not set your currency to Canadian dollar? then you would not be dealing with this issue, right?
