Paxum to crypto (USDT/USDC) transfer

Hi,

In Paxum account, under Transactions, i have a option to transfer money from my account to crypto wallet (USDT/USDC). Can i use this option to send money to someone else's wallet, or it has to be mine?

Also, can i send money this way to Binance?

As far as i know, Paxum doesn't allow to buy crypto with their service, so this part is a bit confusing for me.

You can transfer crypto to any wallet you want and the yes the same way you can send the money to Binance also
