I requested a EFT transfer on paxum last week and still havent got the money, in the past the money usually arrive in 1-2 business days, they said theres a small delay on payment at the money but one week????I dont know whats the deal with this company every 1-2 month I will encounter some sort of problems with them either with payment or something else. anyone else also got payment overdue from paxum???

There is a high chance that you'll get your money next week.
In the past there have been times where Paxum has taken 5+ business days to process my payment, but I have still received it.

I have worked in pass few month but i have not seen their payment problem. some time it can be happen but don't worry you will get your money soon form paxum

dont worry big companies
accept paxum
you will get your money soon

Thanks for the replies. Yes I know they prob not a scam but such delay really make me feel unease its been 6 business days now I still havent got the payment

its been 2 weeks and paxum still hasnt paid me, be careful guys when using paxum theres pages after pages of reviews about how they scam customers if you google it! I will just switch to wire payment now. with the way paxum conduct their business they will be closed down just like firstchoicepay anyway

How long are you paxum user?
Did you contact support in regard to this? What was their answer?

I contacted them and they are giving me different answer, one support said in one ticket that the processor has confirmed that my payment were sent and then other one said that my payment is being delayed for some reason, so which is it??is my payment sent or being delayed?? when I confronted them again they sounds confused as hell and couldnt give me a clear answer.

Yes thats obviously a case of terrible customer support.
but IMO sending money by paxum is easier than wire, since paxum is more known to banks around the world and all banks have "know your customer" policy, when you get paxum payment it usually process faster and easier since banks know it well, but when some stranger send you wire, there is a higher chance bank freeze or block that payment.

I had some wire transfers from customers done to the German reference bank and even though they sent the transfer immediately (I have several screenshots and also trust my clients), there´s no money in my account 5 working days later! I contacted Paxum and they answered one day later, that they´re experiencing a small delay and that normal transfers would take a week and that I should receive my money within 2 weeks! I mean, wtf? If customers pay me now, they surely won´t wait two weeks until the transfer can be verified! Definitely a crappy company!

yes they did the same thing to me too. the last two weeks of contacted with them all they said is that they are waiting for processor to respond. two weeks and you couldnt even get a word from your own processor??how is that even possible??if the processor decide to respond in 2 months or even 2 years i supposed to wait that long as well???A scam company for sure

well after I read the posts on this thread, I checked my paxum transaction with my banks, and it looks like paxum has not sent 1 of payments
Im contacting them in regards to this

and all you will get from them is they are waiting for processor to respond! I mean they are your processor you work with them how is it possible that you can go weeks even months without being able to get in touch with them??? especially when people money are missing. just google paxum scam you could find people claimed that they waited for months and not see their payment!
To those who got scammed by paxum report them on www.fintrac.gc.ca/contact-contactez/1-eng.asp they are regulated by fintrac if you in canada you can also contact the police for assistance.
also one of their processor paydek.com, you can report them on www.fca.org.uk/contact

thank you, but they should at least reply to our tickets right

Avoid Paxum, if you can. They are not a scam, but what they do since FCP went down - and they got an influx of new users - is unprecedented. How can a company this old be this unprofessional?!

Fortunately i didn't went with Paxum when FCP went poof, i chose ePayments instead. With them when i receive a payment, i always withdraw the funds to my external credit card, it costs 2.9%, but the withdrawal is instant, literally. They have better rates for currency conversion than PayPal and they can provide you with their own credit card, but since FCP went down, i lost my trust in these online payment processing companies to store my money for a longer period of time, so i simply withdraw to my external card (which was issued by my brick and mortar, domestic bank).

It depends on the amount, but what else can you or willing to do? If it's a big enough sum, you can pursue it through legal channels, but otherwise, you can't really do much. Try to hit them up on their social media channels, maybe they're more responsive there.
