Paxum excruciating waiting time

I want to share my (terrible) experience with Paxum.

Right after FPC shut, I had to switch to alternative online payment that has debit card service.

Not much choice there obvs, so I "chose" Paxum.

- 11.4. registered and submitted documents needed for verification
- 27 days after: verified my two documents, but only then asked for the third document
- 8 days after: verified my account, applied for the card
- 26 days after: card is now in printing
- 41 days after (now): still haven't shipped

So it took them almost three and half months and I reckon it'll take them at least one more month, probably longer to print it out and deliver.

Just to update, so it might help others:

The card is still in printing, now 9 days short of 3 months in total.

im on same situation
my card was in "submited" status for 2 months
now is printing for 1 month and i dont know how long takes

paxum is a shit site

I think at the end of the day you will get your card, but nobody knows when .. they seem to be slow af.

Sorry for a really late reply, I wasn't active on BHW some time. Yes, I got it eventually 4 months after applying for it.

I always received my money via wire transfer, never have any issues.

People constantly bashing Paxum, but for me it was very good payment provider from something adult related really. However I have created my account like 8 years ago or so. I never applied for any card, I am just getting funds to my local bank card from Paxum wallet directly.

My application has been in review for the last 1,5 years. Sent them dozens of emails and yet still no response. Paxum is the absolute worst.

you can withdraw it to your debit/credit card they have that option.

no i cannot . They havent sent my card yet and the services are horrible . It doesnt go to my personal card it gets causes an error and then i have to dispute it. Thats why im looking for someone who i can exchange with

Hi,

I had the same issues as they constantly disable payment options but the one that has worked for me consistently is ACH bank transfer so give that one a go.

Hi,

Paxum is great for four months ago with wire transfer but after wire is unavailable in my area. I have to apply for card, right now I'm waiting about 12 weeks with normal shipping but It still not appear.

I needs express shipping.
