paxum card question

Good Day
anyone on here have a paxum card? how long does it takes before you get your paxum card?
i asked for replacement card on paxum because my first card didnt arrive in my country and my replacement paxum card takes 2 months now and still on process. i asked paxum support they keep saying my card is still in printing process,
please share your experience because im really worried now my affiliates send my payments on my paxum account

I get mine in a month.. the first time it was lost, and they re-sent it to me with fedex/ups for free
