Paxum Cant withdraw my money !

i have an account to paxum and i tryed to withdraw money to an external credit card but it shows an error like this : https://prnt.sc/jqtlym also visited their page on facebook every single comment are negative anyone else using paxum?

A lot of people use Paxum especially after FCP went out of business. Can't you try it with a different credit card or withdraw to bank account? Or just get the Paxum card? Withdrawal to external credit cards is not always possible, sometimes the card/bank doesn't support it.
