So I was wondering about the people buying on paxful with paypal and SEPA payments that pay around 1.8$ for a dollar of bitcoin, can these offers be trusted when they have a verified account(address, ID, phone)?

They are scammer
check the reviews and all will be from the same country

Paxful is perfect but has 2-3 currency only.
I have had no problem in last 3 years

Only the vendors profit on paxful.. That should be very obvious to you as it is the official paxful vendor model!!
