How hard is it to make a replica rolex look so real that a dealer pawnbroker can't deal the difference?

It's not going to happen... pawnbrokers wouldn't be in business very long if they couldn't spot a fake before you take it off your wrist. You'd have a better chance of printing fake money. Rolexes are assumed to be fake until proven to be real.
