You should probably try to sell it at a good price. Ranking for keywords like that is damn hard.

Who? Tom Bosely, was the dad from "Happy Days" died 4 years ago, still gets an estimated 12,000 searches p/month according to Semrush
Of course the best chance to make $$$ is going to be leading into the debut of the movie and weeks after... then again when the DVD hits the stores...
Volume will drop after that but it looks like famous people are still heavily searched even years after death.
Also any time F and F shows on TV you can expect a small spike in traffic.

thanks for the ideas i beleive it is not going to be easy to rank the main keyword but i can find medium competition related keywords to paul domain and do some on-site seo and i guess it is going to be easy to rank on yahoo and bing without any seo as it is an EMD and i have seen keywords ranking in yahoo and bing with a little of seo ..any expert advise ? or i guess i will just list it on flippa
