I would be interested in the opinions of both creators and those who subscribe to content on at least one of the creator subscription platforms. Which platform suits you the best and why?

Onlyfans is not an option for me.

I created my own website with wordpress + woocommerce and an membership plugin. I built my own community with discord, this is good to establish a long relationship with customers.
And you profit ofc from SEO, especially when your content is niche.
