Hello, first new threat here. I've recently registered a domain that has been indexed by google, SEO'd out, doing backlinks, etc and I am slowly seeing the hits come in every day. The goal is to lease the domain to someone that I have targeted, and has verbally agreed to my terms. Question is: I'm not planning on leasing the domain for another 2-3 months. Is it worth putting an advertising campaign on the page? Would it be worth it to put CPA on the page for a few months?
