Password Reset Question

I've been using Instagress using for FOLLOW function ONLY using my main account (2 month old and quite active) at the speed of 300/day (Normal speed). Last week I received my 1st password reset. 2 questions:

1. Is this anything to worry about?
2. Is it advised to increase the speed to 350/day (Fast speed)?

no need to worry bud.
If you get "blocked" for abusing the like feature you just won't be able to like things for 24 hours. Then if it happens again the time gets linger etc etc.
Im using instagress at the fast speed with 250 comments, 1000 likes, and 50 follows and i let it run non stop and I've had no problems.
But it all depends on how many followers you have or how old your account is... its a weird ratio.
