Can someone give me an example of a password like this?

I follow their instruction key in the password which they suggest but still can't accept.

MaxBounty sign up seem got problem for me. Is it must be USA citizen than can? I keep key the correct passwords they request how the format they want, can't sign up

just keep mention passwords need what characters etc which i have posted here. I does create a passwords which they suggest try many times cannot pass the page come register.
 
They might not accept affiliates from every country.

This is an older post. Apparently at some point it was in their FAQ, that they don't accept affiliates from India and China. Check it now, if they have any update on this.

If i'm not mistaken, you're from China, so that can be it. Or if you need to use a VPN to be able to access the site, that can be blocked like this too.

characters

no matter of what they say, set your pass to 6 or 7 or exact 8 or 9

use 2 methods, with and without special chars like @ #
