When you click 'Channel' in the creator studio is the monetisation green?
If so is it all the video's or just some individual ones. I.e; Instead of the Green $ sign you have a black crossed out $ sign next to your video's (on the video manager tab). If its this than its due to the content in the video.
If its for all your video and monetisation is enabled for most of your video's see if you have email support. Its at the bottom of the page - the help button.

Everything is green. Some $ signs are black and crossed out. But now i cant monetize any new content. not even a vid of my face lol.
Didn't youtube just change their monetization rules?
Just do a search on youtube for youtube censoring videos and see the videos that come up.
I think they hit news videos and controversial topics. so basically anything that they don't like or is apposed to their political ideology...
