You can set up a YouTube tag default so a number of tags will automatically be on all your video's. I would just add general tags such as; President, Presidential Election, Donald Trump, Hilary Clinton, Democrats, Republicans etc.
Then you can add specific tags about the topic of what the video is about.
For the title just make sure that it isn't to long although its not really an issue.
Also put nice thumbnails on the video's, just take a nice image of google images for your video.

how can you setup this without getting youtube ban , sounds impossable
Your recording news channels , then your chopping them up to what you need , you then upload them to youtube, you then turn on ads for youtube , that goto your adsence account, you seo optimise the video
You just wait for stats, just keep adding more politics/news videos
Your telling me your account dont get locked or deleted .
i have tried with the football niche, and was ban for it , i tryed several ways and still got copywrite ban ,So how are u not getting ban.
Everything your doing is copy written
Anything tv broadcasted is copy written,
How the hell u getting away with this method.

Football is always difficult to do and basically impossible.
The only copyright that is sometimes picked up is by the BBC, maybe 5% - 10% of video's. I don't think they care though, when I appealed about 1 month ago under fair use (just wanted to see what the response was) they sent me a message to my YouTube channel that I didn't see till recently. They just said that the video wasn't fair use, gave fair use guidelines and stated the videos of them that I uploaded did not come under fair so would continue to monetize them. They also leave the 90%+ of video's on the BBC alone.

Yes, ad revenue was:
April: $0.5
May: $136
June: $780
July: $410..ish stats messed up for 2 days (till the 11th)
Shoud hit 4 figure earnings this month

Till the 12th July, YouTube analytics are a bit bugged out at the moment, also all revenue date for the 11th is missing till they fix it.
Views: 322690
Revenue: $465(..ish) if you include what the 11th should be.

It's just the revenue for 11th July that is bugged as its $0. YouTube say their going to fix as soon as possible. Doesn't really happen.
It could be as a result of your viewers location. How do you get contents?

70% is USA Traffic, 30% Tier 2 .. not any 3rd World Countrys..
CPM is between 2-3$ .. cost per thousand yea.. i do not earn 2-3$ per thousand, not even 0.50$ per thousand .. whatever, earnings depends on the niche too
