Just found this subreddit:

Taking a look at some of the programs there, don't seem too complicated.

I guess the greatest advantage in a crypto rewards program is future valuation of the coins

A few years ago you'd pay 1 bitcoin for a simple online service. That same bitcoin is now worth 50k dollars.

Today, the world only have 21 millions bitcoin. In the future, I guess 1 bitcoin is worth 3 millions dollars

Exactly this. It's hard to pick good projects. I'd go with ETH staking if I were planning on long term passive income.
How much does ETH staking pay per year?

Defi liquid mining fits closely into this but most programs are BS.

If chosen wisely, Crypto is one of the best appreciating assets

Hindsight being 20/20 here. I remember seeing bitcoin for sale ~8 years ago for like $3 and being like "Yeah, right. Totally worthless". Dropped the ball there entirely.

Same, the first time I heard about Bitcoin they were worth next to nothing. Unfortunately, I wasn't interested, so I didn't do any research and completely forgot about it. Guess when I finally bought some? This year near ATH.
