Partnership with youtube- How to get started??

Hi every1 im new here..

Ive been on youtube for a while and I only have 4 vids with like 11k; 5k; 1k and 1k views each and more than 700 subscribers.

So I would like to know how to get stared with this thing of earning money with youtube can someone help me?


I got a message about monetize videos..


I want to start making more vids if i can get this partnership thing up...
