Partnership Proposal or Tie Ups

Hi,
I have a website and a few people are sending me emails for a partnership proposal or tie ups wherein I get 10% commission of the package to every leads from our website.

Does it mean I need to have their banners on our site? Really confuse how to do it.

May I know your process for this? I am still leaning slowly in this.

They will give you a link for their products/services and you will need to generate content around their products/services and put that link in those contents.

10% commission is wayyyy too low.
Aim for atleast 25-30%. I mean their gross margin should be atleast 50% before FP&A (this means your commission).
You are doing most of the job by leading to their business.
