Partnership Proposal or Tie Ups

Hi,

I have a website and a few people are sending me emails for a partnership proposal or tie ups wherein I get 10% commission of the package to every leads from our website.

Does it mean I need to have their banners on our site? Really confuse how to do it.

May I know your process for this? I am still leaning slowly in this.

It's confusing, but they must elaborate the way they want to get leads, if they have media and product information to be used in banner or a landing page, how will you get paid and their payment minimum threshold so that you can get paid after the fewest leads count possible to gain some trust that they will pay.

They didn't specify actually on how they will be able to know how to get leads from us. They just proposed that if ever there will be leads coming from us to them, we'll get a 10% commission.

In your website, how do you do partnership? Is partners different from sponsored ads?

In addition, they've asked if we have some kind of requirements for them to be approved as our partners.
