I’m looking for a serious partner to start a small project around Estonian mobile proxies.

The Idea​

• I can provide real Estonian SIMs (Telia / Elisa / Tele2).
• Build a mobile proxy hub (3G/4G with real IP rotation).
• Partner with an established proxy provider who needs extra geolocation coverage — or with someone who knows how to monetize these proxies.

What I Bring​

• Investment in hardware (SIM boxes, modem pools, server setup – depending on scale/needs).
• Local sourcing of SIMs and internet packages.
• Technical setup of the farm. - P.S If you have proven hardware/software we can go from your expertise.

What I’m Looking For​

• A partner who already runs or resells proxies and wants to expand with Estonian IPs.
• Or someone who has clients/projects that specifically need EU/Estonia mobile IPs.
• Knowledge of proxy monetization / traffic resale is a huge plus.

• It’s a trusted EU country (clean IP reputation).
• Less saturated market → fewer competitors offering +372 mobile proxies.
• Great for projects where any EU IP works, but “Tier 1” proxies are overcrowded.
• Ability to buy SIM`s withought KYC

How We Split​

• I handle hardware + SIMs + infrastructure.
• You handle distribution / sales / scaling knowledge.
• Profit-sharing model to be agreed (open for discussion).
