Partner who can drive Traffic?

Hi guys, I run a Life Coaching program designed to help people. I Coach people on how to become confident, how to start a business, how to improve socially and anything else they want to learn.

At the minute I only have a handful of clients but conversion is usually done during my free Skype session with every potential client. I'm looking for someone who can drive some traffic to my sign-up form and be paid for every client that signs up.
