I will become a partner in few days and I would need some help with that. How much money do I earn per 1k views? How much money do I earn per vote, comment, subscription...

I have a profile about IT news, games, mobilne phones, gadgets...

I am planning to contact companies directly offering them to advertise in my shows. The deal is for company to lend me their hardware/game/mobile phone for couple of days so I can test them, and of course pay me. How much to charge per 1k views? In my country average monthly payout is ~450$. I found out that some American youtubers charge 20$-40$ per 1k, which is ~1/1500th part of average USA monthy earning (i think its 45k). That is 0.3$ per 1k views, 15$ for 50k. And that is small.
I want to find the right price so middle-small companies can afford it, but I also want to earn some extra cash.

lol ive been a partner for 2 months now, still kinda new i guess.

you get anywhere from 80 cents to 3 dollars per 1000. once you are more established you get more. with sponsors + other stuff..

yeah well to do the reviews, you will get paid by youtubes partner program as well as by these companies to do the reviews. Doubling your money! not a bad scheme. How are you planning to bill them? It might be easier to estimate based on your past videos how many views they got and then going from there to charge a flat rate to review their product.

[FONT=&quot]It's a familiar concept, used by a lot of YouTube partners and advertisers, also known as advertorial vlogs.

To answer you question [Elite], it's very common for these advertorial vlogs to have a fixed price per vlog. The price you can ask for your service depends on more factors then just the amount of views. For an advertiser/client it's important to know what kind of audiences watch your video's (age/country/interest). How more specific your audience is, the more value it has to a certain advertiser. Also the average amount of views you receive for a video is very important, because this tells a bit about your followers and gives an indication how much your advertorial vlog will be watched.

If you need some more information/tips, PM me and I'll give you some specific pointers.

[Persol] so far I know, only the following youtube users from these countries can become YouTube partner. That are the countries that have a YouTube devision located in their country:

Argentina
Australia
Brazil
Canada
Czech Republic
Germany
Spain
France
UK
Hong Kong
Ireland
Israel
India
Italy
Japan
South Korea
Mexico
Netherlands
New Zealand
Poland
Russia
Sweden
Taiwan
South Africa

So if you want to become YouTube partner, make sure that your account has as location from one of these countries. If you then have a quality account with video's that aren't against Youtube's TOS and have like more then 1000 (real) subscribers and each video has more then like 5000 views (real), then you can try applying to the Parterprogram. Google "youtube partner" for the link

Good luck

guess YT is biased against small countries, didnt see my country on the list...

What are the guidelines to becoming a youtube partner?

My country is not on the list, so I can't apply it??
