Partner needed to start an ad network

Im starting a Ad Network(ppi). Looking for a partner who will help me set it up, sort of a partnership. Anyone up for it?

What sorts of skill sets are you looking for in a partner? Someone with with money, code skills, graphic design, other?
What sorts of experience do you have? You have one post on this message board so its hard to get an idea if this is spam or legit.

Prehaps type up a bit more of a overview of what you are looking for in a partner and what you bring to the table.

Basically Im looking for someone who can guide me with his experience in Ad network. I have access to group of publishers with whom I can work on cheap rates.

If you have a small group of good publishers I can work with you. I have recently started a small upcoming PPI network that operates on a revshare model so publishers can earn more in the long run by building up their install base as opposed to paying them for installs and taking a larger share of profits for ourselves.
