Website was made in 2009 and has bene never penalized. It has more than 15,000 unique articles. Adsense is also approved, which means you can also put your Adsense.

Results would maybe swift if efforts have been made.

No. I have AdSense account. Isn't it psosible that others can also add their AdSense and they won't get into any problem given the website has a clean reputation with AdSense for over 10 years?

If that is not the case then you can modify my original post by changing "Adsense is also approved, which means you can also put your Adsense." to "The website mainly earns through sponsored posts and AdSense."

I am looking for the individual who can collaborate in the website by engaging in activities such as SEO, content writing, etc. in order to increase the website's popularity.
 
And what is the % split from this for them?

If there are paid ads on the site, what % split of that income do they get also?
 
I would prefer splitting 75-25 for both AdSense and sponsored posts, but before entering into partnership I would like to test the JV for a week, mainly to make sure that they are not an ideal partner and how would they work.
